Use our quick search form to find your phone model or browse all models if you are not sure which one yours is. Once you know the value of your phone, simply click the sell now button, or add the phone to your basket. Tell us a few personal details and confirm your information at checkout.
	As soon as we receive your sell order, we’ll send you a sale pack including a freepost return envelope. Pop your old phone back in the post using the freepost envelope, and we should receive it the next day. Please remember to include the Order Slip reference in the envelope as well!
	Once we receive your pack at our facilities, it usually only takes us 48 hours to process your phone, and as long as your phone is in good condition, we will pay straight away either by cheque or bank transfer, whichever you requested - "done!" as they say.

If there are any problems with your handset, we will email you straight away to let you know what we found and most importantly, what the revised value of your phone will be, which of course we will be happy to pay.

All you need to do is login to your account to let us know if you are still happy with the price, or if you would prefer us to return the phone – it's totally up to you!
